Follow these steps to start driving with a fleet

James, as part of a fleet, you get access to other vehicles. You can also choose your preferred payment option from a salary or fixed fee.

The fleet driver onboarding process takes 4-8 weeks and requires an upfront investment of up to €1100.

Download the Uber Driver App on your phone. If you have an account, make sure you’re online.

Request a chauffeurskaart

To apply for the necessary fleet driver documents, you’ll need a full driver card which takes a minimum of 8 weeks to obtain.

Find a fleet partner

You must join a fleet partner with a valid KIWA license. If you’re looking for a partner, check our list here.

Take exams

Once you've passed the required exams, request your chauffeurskaart and upload it via the Uber app.

Upload documents and connect with a fleet

This includes a picture, driver’s license, and chauffeurskaart. Give your fleet partner your contact details, and confirm your connection via SMS.

Complete your first trip

Once all documents and confirmations have been received and checked, you’re ready to start driving with the Uber app—welcome!
